Fundflick provides AI-powered lending infrastructure for NBFCs and lenders. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not misuse, reverse engineer or disrupt the platform.
• You must ensure data you submit is accurate and that you have rights to submit it.

3.Accounts & Eligibility

You must be authorised to act on behalf of your organisation and be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4.Fees & Payment

Access to paid features is subject to the fees and billing terms agreed in your subscription or order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5.Intellectual Property

All software, content and trademarks on the platform are owned by Fundflick or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service.

6.Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information.

7.Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8.Limitation of Liability
